Director, Residential Division

Xia Zhu is the Director of the Residential Division of WePartner Group. Xia leads the strategic direction of all residential functions and directs her team in managing several hundred long- and short-term rental assets, performing acquisitions, sourcing the purchasing funding, and sale of the residential portfolio assets. Her residential portfolio includes single-family residential, built-to-rent new construction and multi-family communities. Besides these responsibilities, Xia also manages land development projects regarding zoning, permitting, design, and construction management.

 Prior to joining WePartner, Xia spent 20 years in Civil Engineering in program management services and working as a technical lead for a wide range of projects including Fourth Ward Park Development, Dekalb County’s flow monitoring program, as well the GDOT 285 expansion utility relocation project. She has worked closely with a variety of design teams, public utilities, legal agencies, permitting departments, private clients and local stakeholders to identify and provide key information critical for clients’ business activities. Alongside her civil engineering career, Xia has been an independent real estate investor and has managed all her assets.

 Xia received her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Zhejiang University and Master of Science degrees from the National University of Singapore and the University of Southern California. She is a registered Professional Engineer in the state of Georgia and state of California.
