Dave Anderson has spent his entire career across a variety of roles in the real estate investment space.

Most recently, Dave was a co-founder and Managing Director (Real Estate) of Archer.re (formerly iREITs), a fintech startup platform focused on institutional real estate investment management. Prior to joining iREITs, Dave worked at crowdfunding startup Cadre as its inaugural Head of Research, where he led market selection and strategy efforts for the platform. Previously, Dave oversaw North- and South-American strategy and research for the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority’s real estate division; worked as an equity researcher with Green Street Advisors; was a member of the Acquisitions team at Acadia Realty Trust, an urban retail REIT; and advised municipalities and developers on economic development strategy as a consultant. David received his MBA from The Wharton School – UPENN in Real Estate and his A.B. in Economics cum laude from Harvard University. Dave is also a CFA charterholder; member of the Urban Land Institute; and member of the Real Estate Executive Council (REEC).
